Don’t worry about what you look like!
Never feel uncomfortable about how you look, there’s no such thing as the perfect body. Be yourself, be authentic, you’re perfect as you are!
You haven’t shaved your legs?
It’s not something that’s needed and we barely notice. (Have you seen Colm’s legs?)
Plus, we think rugby players look fine with hairy legs!
Please wear underwear!
You won’t believe how many people don’t! It’s very difficult for us to treat you if you’re not wearing any.
Don’t wear a Sports Bra!
You might think it’s helpful to us but its a lot easier to work around a normal rear opening bra.
Be Honest!
We always know if you haven’t done your rehab! (We might tell you off a little bit….well….Cheryl will!)
It helps us to plan the next stage of your recovery.
Try not to Google your symptoms!
We’ve all spent many years, (and lots of money!) studying, training and qualifying to be able to test, diagnose, treat, or refer you.
You’re in safe hands!
Talk to us!
We all need to talk sometimes and our four walls are totally CONFIDENTIAL. It helps to offload sometimes and generally, part of our degrees cover an aspect of psychology.
