Isabella holds a Sport Rehabilitation degree from the University of Nottingham and is completing a Research Masters degree in Women’s health in sport. During her university experience she has been the rehabilitator for the Universities Women’s rugby team and the Men’s Nottingham Casual rugby team, undertook Notts County Football pre-season testing, was part of the therapy team at the British transplant Games and worked alongside the Australian team at the Touch Rugby World Cup. She also has clinical placement experience taking hydrotherapy and Ankylosing spondylolysis classes and 1-1 sessions as a rehabilitator and masseuse. She is keen to use her knowledge from a range of populations to aid your recovery.

During university she travelled to a remote village in Fiji to take part in a sport development volunteer programme. During her time here she exchanged cultures, learnt the importance of how incredible sport is as an equaliser and how important it is to bring a community together.

Isabella has experienced her fair share of injuries including undergoing a double hip reconstruction, so she knows about not only the physical struggles but the mental struggles of rehabilitation. This means she can relate to your frustration and disappointment when rehab doesn’t go to plan, and will help you overcome that to get the best out of your rehabilitation goals

Isabella is also an ex-gymnast and rowed for a year at university. She enjoys travelling and is looking forward to seeing more of the world in the future.
