I have been working with Cheryl at The Healing Zone ever since my debut as a wheelchair racer back in 2015 and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that she has been a vital part of my team since day one .
On more than one occasion she has brought me back from injuries that I considered were career stopping weeks and days before major events which I had either won or was runner up in my endurance road events .
She is as professional as they come but at the same time, the most open and honest person you could wish to meet .
She is always there through thick and thin and on many occasions she has been my mental coach as well as my Sports Therapist, always helping with crucial preparation and always keeping me in top condition
I can honestly say The Healing Zone has been (as far as I’m concerned) a godsend.
