Cheryl Morton

Sports Therapist

The Healing Zone is owned and managed by Cheryl Morton. She has been involved in the sport and fitness industry for almost 20 years as well as competing at elite level sport herself. She is a graduate Sports Therapist, and holds a Masters degree in Sports Science for Optimal Performance. She also holds qualifications in manipulative therapy, exercise rehabilitation, sports massage, personal training, BAWLA, and has completed advanced studies in anatomy, physiology and pathology. She has worked with both professional and amateur football and rugby clubs, some of Britains top strength athletes and most recently with the F1 British Sidecar Championships. She is part of Bethany Shrievers team, (Junior women's world BMX Champion) and also treats other world and commonwealth level athletes.

Laura Kennard

Holistic Therapist

Laura qualified as a therapist in 2012 with her enthusiasm to learn alternative therapies soon resulting in her adding further qualifications to her portfolio. She joined the team at The Healing Zone in early 2014 where her passion to use this knowledge has helped improve the well being of many clients. Laura enjoys professional development and she recently trained in Advanced Clinical Massage and enjoys using these new techniques to get even better results in helping clients who are in pain.  She offers Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, Reiki and Natural Lift Facial Massage. She is a registered member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies.

Rebecca Dickens

Sports Therapist

Rebecca is a graduate Sports therapist, holding qualifications in sports massage, exercise rehabilitation and personal training. She has worked with both professional, semi-professional and amateur rugby and football teams including the Fiji Rugby League team during the 2014 World Cup. She is also a member of The Society of Sports Therapists and is currently furthering her knowledge by studying a BSc undergraduate course in Physiotherapy.

Lucy Hartwell

Sport Therapist

Lucy holds a Masters degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and has been practicing since 2011. Her career so far has seen her working in both professional and semi-professional Rugby, Football and international Trampolining. Lucy is also qualified and practices in Manipulative Therapy, Injury Prevention and Medical Acupuncture. Having both competed & worked in elite level sport Lucy has a thorough understanding of the impact on your mind & body and utilises this key knowledge in successful treatment of her patients.

Caroline Surtees

Sports Therapist

Caroline is a graduate Sports Therapist and Sports Masseuse who currently also helps out at Maidstone Rugby club. She has volunteered with the Samoan Rugby union team and most recently spent time working with team GB in France at the International Six day Enduro. She has helped out at several events at Cyclopark and the London Marathon and is already becoming a very popular member of the team!
